BRANCH DIRECTOR

Position overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to assume the role of Branch Director. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management and development of our branch, driving business growth, overseeing investment projects, and ensuring operational excellence in alignment with the company’s strategic vision.

Key responsibilities

Branch management & operations:

• Develop and execute the branch’s business plan and strategic development initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall objectives.
• Oversee and assume full responsibility for all branch operations, including project management, finance, human resources, and daily administration.
• Drive operational efficiency, optimize costs, and achieve financial targets, including revenue, profitability, and effective cash flow management.

Investment project development:

• Identify, evaluate, and propose new project investment opportunities within the branch’s designated region.
• Lead the planning and oversee the execution of investment projects, ensuring full compliance with legal regulations and company objectives.
• Liaise and collaborate effectively with partners, contractors, and state agencies to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Human resource management:

• Lead the recruitment, training, and development of the branch’s staff, fostering a professional, collaborative, and high-performance work environment.
• Conduct performance evaluations, implement talent development programs, and motivate the team to achieve excellence.

External relations & stakeholder management:

• Act as the primary representative of the branch in dealings with government authorities, partners, clients, and other stakeholders to resolve legal, financial, and operational matters.
• Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with strategic partners, investors, and key clients.

Reporting & compliance:

• Prepare and deliver regular, comprehensive reports (monthly, quarterly, annual) on branch performance and project status to the Board of Directors.
• Ensure the branch’s full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations (Investment, Land, Construction, Finance) and internal company policies and procedures.

Candidate requirements

Qualifications & experience:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Investment, Construction, or a related field.
• Experience: A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in senior management roles within the project investment, real estate, or construction industries, with at least 3 years in a Director-level or equivalent position.

Skills & expertise:

• Exceptional leadership, management, and operational skills.
• Comprehensive understanding of investment project management, financial principles, and relevant legal frameworks (Land Law, Investment Law, Construction Law).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with proven ability to work effectively with partners and government agencies.
• Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and decision-making capabilities.
• Proficiency in English is a significant advantage.

Responsibilities and authority

• Responsibilities: Accountable for the accuracy, timeliness, and clarity of all reports to the Board of Directors. Responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of company information and ensuring full compliance with legal and corporate regulations. Expected to foster collaboration across departments and proactively propose solutions to enhance project management efficiency.
• Authority: Authorized to request necessary collaboration from other departments in accordance with company policies and legal standards. Empowered to operate independently within the defined professional scope and to decline directives that are contrary to current laws and regulations.
