ARCHITECT

Job Description

• Engage in the research, conceptualization, master planning, and architectural design for high-end projects, including hotels, commercial centers, urban areas, and luxury resort complexes.
• Develop and execute design documentation, from basic design to construction drawings, ensuring seamless coordination with structural, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), and landscape disciplines.
• Create 3D concept models, renderings, floor plans, and functional layouts.
• Collaborate with domestic and international design consultants and partners throughout the project lifecycle.
• Propose innovative design solutions that align with modern architectural trends and the Group’s aesthetic vision.
• Conduct author supervision during the construction phase to ensure the design integrity and faithful execution of the original concept.

Candidate requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Urban Planning, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in designing hotels, commercial complexes, or large-scale urban development projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, Photoshop, and other relevant design software.
• Strong aesthetic sense, a high level of creativity, and a keen understanding of contemporary architectural trends.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and coordination skills.
• Candidates with experience working for large-scale real estate corporations, consulting firms, or on international projects will be given preference.
