MBLAND Danang JSC, a subsidiary of Tasmania Holdings, fosters a spirit of consensus in site handover, contributing to the acceleration of the Viem Minh Model Urban Area project

Implementing Notice No. 88/TB-UBND dated March 7, 2018, issued by the Dien Ban Town People’s Committee regarding land acquisition for the construction of the Model Urban Area within the Dien Nam – Dien Ngoc New Urban Area (now under Dien Ban Dong Ward), the Dien Ban Dong Ward People’s Committee has actively engaged in public outreach, advocacy, and dialogue with households affected by the project.

Promptly following the operational launch of the two-tier local government on July 1, 2025, the Ward People’s Committee directed the Viem Minh residential quarter to establish a dedicated task force. This team visited individual households to directly listen to their concerns and aspirations, while clearly explaining the State’s guidelines and compensation policies to safeguard citizens’ legitimate rights and interests. This “door-to-door” approach has fostered a profound consensus, successfully resolving bottlenecks and accelerating the site clearance process.

Facilitating Land Compensation for Mr. Dang Cong Xuyen's Household

Thanks to the empathetic and sensible involvement of the Party Cell Committee, the Neighbourhood Administration, and the Fatherland Front Working Committee of Viem Minh, numerous families have recognised the project’s critical role in the region’s overall development. A prime example of this successful grassroots mobilisation is the household of the late Mr. Dang Ho, whose property rights are now represented by his son, Mr. Dang Cong Xuyen. The total acquired land area spans 164.1m² (comprising 153m² documented in the Land Use Rights Certificate and an additional 11m² of unrecorded surplus land). Following dedicated consultations and explanations, Mr. Xuyen willingly accepted the compensation package and handed over the site to the project developer.

Facilitating Project Compensation for Ms. Mai Thi Manh's Household

Building on this positive momentum, on April 29, 2026, Ms. Mai Thi Manh’s household officially coordinated with the relevant authorities, reaching an agreement to accept compensation and hand over their land to facilitate the project’s construction. The swift consensus demonstrated by Ms. Manh’s household further validates the effectiveness of the local government’s “close-to-the-people” civic engagement strategy.

Facilitating Project Compensation

The voluntary cooperation and proactive compliance exhibited by the families of Mr. Dang Cong Xuyen and Ms. Mai Thi Manh not only set an exemplary standard for adhering to State policies but also play a vital role in maintaining local political security and social order. These outstanding examples warrant high commendation and widespread promotion. Through these role models, the administration aims to encourage remaining households to cooperate with local authorities, collectively building a more civilised and prosperous Dien Ban Dong Ward in alignment with the strategic vision outlined in the Resolution of the Ward Party Congress for the 2025–2030 term.
